All requirements of the GENERAL SECTION apply to all jobs. GENERAL SECTION I. Personal Skills: a. Energetic self-starter with multi-tasking skills. b. Great positive attitude. c. BSc. Degree in IT. d. Communicates well in both English and Arabic e. Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. II. Job-related Skills: a. Cold calling on new prospective clients. b. Conduct presentations to clients’ decision makers. c. Generate leads and complete the sale of his assigned IT products/business solutions/services. d. Continuously develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on the job’s IT solutions and it’s competition. e. Create and maintain long-term business relationships with customers’ decision makers within designated sales territory. f. Qualify assigned market activity and forecast accurately. g. Willingness to travel within designated sales territory. h. Experience in the specified job is an advantage. 1. ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER a. Prospecting large companies at an executive level. b. Basic understanding of Electronic Data Interchange, Electronic Commerce and/or Supply Chain Management 2. IT SALES ENGINEER - ORACLE a. Conduct targeted campaigns to the Oracle Applications install-base accounts. b. Architect/design Oracle Applications-based solutions to client's requirements. 3. IT SALES ENGINEER - MICROSOFT a. Sell turnkey IT solutions (i.e. hardware Infrastructure, Enterprise - Content Management, online Portals and/or ERP solutions). 4. IT SALES ENGINEER - FINANCE SECTOR a. Offer all-round technical solutions. 5. IT SALES ENGINEER - HEALTH SECTOR a. All the requirements listed in the GENERAL Section above. 6. IT SALES ENGINEER - EDUCATION SECTOR a. Conduct informational seminars on e-learning portals. b. Conduct PowerPoint presentations to educationists influencing them to adopt digital technology in classrooms
